Love You Lots' purpose is to assist grandparents solely raising and caring for grandchildren on a full-time basis with little or no financial means of assistance.

This application is for the purpose of evaluating and determining the level of assistance that (a) caregiving grandparent(s) may be provided. Completion of this application is no guarantee that assistance will be provided by Love You Lots. Every application will go through a vetting process which will determine if the request for assistance is approved. To be eligible, the grandchild(ren) being cared for must be 17 years old and younger. Proof of custody for each applicable grandchild is required and must be provided when the application is submitted. Please email this proof to lyleufray@loveyoulots.org. During application processing, additional documentation may need to be submitted, allowing for an informed decision to be rendered.
